About
Created to document the progress of Hull artist Lee Merrill Sendall in his quest to have a large spiral neo-neolithic mound constructed in East Yorkshire.
In October we will know if our project will receive the backing of Arts Council England and the Cultural Olympiad and become one of 12 works to be realised in time for the 2012 Olympic games in the UK.
At the moment ‘Large Spiral Mound’ is one amongst five shortlisted projects for the Yorkshire region. You can read and comment about this and other shortlisted projects, locally and Nationally, on the Artists Taking the Lead website.
